Before starting to operate an Ear Piercing service you will need to register with your local council and check with your insurance company. The council will tell you what their regulations are (using a search engine on 'ear piercing' brings up some local councils documents) and how you need to register. Your insurance company will tell you if you need extra insurance cover.
