Specially Hardened Rollers, hardened to 64 RC.
Drive Gears on all machines are manufactured using hardened steel.
All manual models have special "Phosphor bronze bearings" which are self lubricating and completely maintenance free. Power rolling mills have roller ..... bearing.
All models (apart from Minimills) have reduction gearboxes as standard. (Machines can still be supplied with "Direct Drive" if required).
All models have "Extension Rollers" as standard, 4 standard "D shapes" except economy models.
Special "D Shapes" and "Pattern Rollers" can be made to order.
Fine "Screw Down" on all models.
Instruction and Maintenance Manual sent with all machines.
